 BLUE ROCK CAPITAL usually invests at least $500,000 for seed-stage companies. For early-stage companies the Fund may initially invest at a higher level. For mid-stage companies, BLUE ROCK CAPITAL’s funding generally will begin at $750,000 or more. Because BLUE ROCK CAPITAL typically co-invests with like-minded sources, the total funding provided to each company is matched to its true requirements.
